Special thanks to OMGItsSteveSiu for posting this video on YouTube. This is the first painting I did for ISA NY at Webster Hall. This painting took about 3.5 minutes to do. I did about 3 paintings total in my 15 min slot. This one has been a popular one lately. Still working on it to make it better each time though. Thanks again to everyone who came out to ISA NY!
My Self Portrait Painting Live From NYC
September 1st, 2010New Art: Color From The Sky Collection
August 16th, 2010I introduce to you part 1 of the “Color From The Sky Collection”.
The past few years I have found myself flying all over the world and at most times I always feel like I’m on a plane 30,000 feet in the sky. I’ve spent most of that time catching up on sleep, but also creating.
I started most of these images on planes and later finished them in hotel rooms, airports, or back home. So most of these started out as “Color From The Sky”. Most of you know me as the “performance painter” on stage or you’ve seen my posters online or in stores. This is just another side to me as an artist. The creativity never stops. I definitely have some more coming, but let me know what you think about the first set from the series.
I would love to hear from you!

Thanks For Helping Me Paint Cole!
February 7th, 2010I was in Vegas for a couple days last week working on a series of brand new originals (12 to be exact) that will be on permanent display at the Hard Rock Hotel, Dominican Republic. I did the work in my publishers warehouse because there was plenty of space for me to get messy. While I was working on the pieces, my publishers son, his name is Cole, got to assist me for a couple paintings. I was teaching him the “Garibaldi Way” to throw paint. I had a ton of fun, and here are a few pics his parents sent me from the experience. May the force be with you Cole! Rock on!
“See With Love” // Closer Look At New Painting
October 8th, 2009
“See With Love” / 12″ x 9″ / Acrylic on Canvas
You may or may not have seen the video (posted below) that tells the story of what it took to create this painting, but I also wanted to share with you the inspiration behind it.
There is a really inspiring young guy named Jaeson Ma who is an up and coming inspirational musician, speaker, and pastor. I was reading one of his posts on Twitter (@jaesonma) the other day that read, “3 things asking God 2 help me grow in & become better @ 1) Listening 2) Patience 3) Selflessness”. When I read that I realized I need and want to see the world in a whole new way. So the painting reflects something that has been on my heart lately, and I don’t think it’s too much to ask if we could all see through the eyes of “Love”.
Take a closer look of the painting below.

New Painting “Running Man”
June 16th, 2009
I painted this for my friend Dana. I waited to post this so that she saw it before everyone else. I actually really like this one. If you think it is a departure from my work, just know there is an inspirational story behind it. Plus my girl Dana, loves to run! Either way, let me know what you think.
