Are your supplies ready?
You can still visit a local craft store to pick up any last minute supplies.
Check out the video above to get familiar with the supplies, and check, out the list below.
Paint: Acrylic paints with the colors red, green, blue, yellow, white, and black. You can always add more color. These are the basics.
Brushes: Have a good variety of brush sizes for your size canvas. Be sure to add some wide brushes to fill larger areas.
Water: Have a cup or bowl of water nearby.
Palette: You can use anything from a paper palette, to a paper plate. As long as you can mix paint on it.
Towel: You can use a towel, paper towel, or napkins. Anything to help clean your brushes.
Canvas: Use a white canvas that is ready to paint on. Sizes can range from 8″ x 10″ to 16″ x 20″. You can always go bigger if you have space. Also, you can use alternatives you feel comfortable painting on.
Surface Cover: Be sure to honor your space and protect it.
I’m so excited to paint this. I’ll be watching the recording but still intend to participate
Such a fun event!! Kids from Governors Academy in Chapel HIll, NC had a blast!
